The good news is that the Community Leadership Core can be adapted to your time availability.
We have some members who spent multiple hours each day participating...and some who spend just a few hours a week.
In terms of a minimum...we recommend you make at least 2 - 4 hours a week available for participating across our Huddles, in our Slack community, and elsewhere.
